Boards by Frank collects only what you choose to send us: your name, email, phone number and the details of your enquiry. We use it to reply to you and to make your order. We do not sell it. This page explains what we hold and how to ask for it to be removed.
What do we collect?
When you use the enquiry form, your email app opens with a message addressed to boardsbyfrank@gmail.com. The message contains the name, email, phone number and details you typed. This website does not store those details. They reach us only when you send the email.
If you phone or visit the stall, we may note your name and contact details to follow up an order.
How do we use it?
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, quote and make your order, and arrange pick-up or delivery. We do not sell or rent your information.
